This is a transcript from a tape which has just come to hand recently- It is very important because Maureen is giving a summary of the whole development of the Final Plan for Peace in the World.No written preparation was made for this recording other than prayer and meditation- Maureen was given the Title and She spoke as she heard. It is a locution and so just let the words flow as if she is speaking to you. There are 2 sides to the Tape and this is side 1.

At present and for several years I have been receiving a Message from Jesus and Mary - a Message which They wish me to offer to people who would like to hear it and They wish me to simply let these people understand that this Messsage is a very loving, positive, comforting, and reassuring Message. They also explain that many people today are really not able to believe that God would wish to offer people this kind of comfort and reasurrance and sense of closeness to Him and yet through my Message Jesus and Mary are constantly trying to explain that really God does desperately wish people to understand that He is the God of Love- He is the God Who really does wish to be very close to His World- the God Who wishes to show people that they can be very close to Him in a Loving Bond which is very real and simple and personal. The Message which I receive is a very personal Message, it's a Message which developed over the years in a very personal way- but Jesus and Mary do wish me to explain to people that it is also a Message which wishes people as individuals to relate to it and begin to take part in it and begin to feel that they too can enter into a Bond with Jesus and Mary and with God which is very beautiful and individual and positive and practical.

Now this theme of 'Peace on Earth' which is the subject of this tape is really the very basic theme of the Message. Jesus and Mary are explaining that God Created the World to be a very beautiful, happy, peaceful place- God Created the World so that it could be a Heaven on Earth. Jesus and Mary explain that really when God Created the World He looked at it and saw that it was beautiful- saw that it was Good- saw that it was Perfect- in fact it was His Perfect Design. God wished people to enter into this Design very perfectly and very happily and very lovingly with Himself and with each other- and He offered them a beautiful way of doing this He gave them Free Will. He gave each person a freedom which allowed them to increasingly understand that they themselves as individuals were able to begin to form a relationship with Himself which was perfectly beautiful and Real and Good and Loving and Peaceful and absolutely energetic. He wished to give people a real understanding of Love and He knew that when people really did understand Love then they would simply understand everything that Life was meant to be and could be and God Knew that eventually people would respond to this Freedom in a magnificient way. He knew that finally, so that His Perfect Design could be complete very perfectly, people on Earth would really begin to understand that Love is the meaning of Life- Love is the meaning of God- Love is the meaning of themselves.

Now the Message from Jesus and Mary is explaining to me that when we look at the World today and see the way it is moving so dreadfully into a complete misunderstanding of Love- a complete misunderstanding of everything that is Beautiful and Good and True then it is difficult to think that this Perfect Design is being achieved- yet this Message is explaining to me that God does have a beautiful Final Plan which He wishes to really put into full operation very soon. They explain that really, if God is a good God and a Loving God and a God Who wishes to see that people Love Him and respond to Him and respond to all the loveliness that He has Created then really He will now have to help them to do this. He will have to help them to see how they can do this and Jesus and Mary promise through this Message to myself that God certainly intends to do this and God intends to do this in a very beautiful and splendid way. The Message therefore is all about a very positive Final Plan which God will bring very fully into the World so that people who wish to be with Him and people who can be with Him very simply and very trustingly will be shown increasingly what they have to do- and how they can develop their Life to help God with this Final Plan. The Message from Jesus and Mary is also explaining that when this Final Plan begins to develop in a very functional way, in a very clear way through the aid of the Supernatural help these people will be increasingly enlightened to understand the way in which they themselves as individuals can enter into it. They are asking people certainly not to be afraid of this Supernatural Help- which indeed They explain Mary has been talking of for many years now in Her Apparitions to various people over the World- and They are explaining that really the Supernatural Help will simply be a way in which God increasingly shows very visibly that He is with His World in a beautiful way of Love and Light and Splendour and Power. Because They are explaining that God is Almighty- God is the Being Who is so Almighty that He has given Life to the World and in His Love and His Power and His Energy He is simply keeping the World in Existence and keeping people in existence- and God finally wishes to show people that if they can simply rely upon Him as the World now develops into this Final Event then He will show them that His Love and His Light and His Power and His Energy are increasingly available to them so that they can use it in a very practical and positive way to help themselves and each other.

Jesus and Mary are explaining through this Message to myself that really They are giving this Message in a very detailed way so that people can simply enter into it in a developing way- a way which allows them to see They are very close to people and God is very close to people and They do promise through this Message that They will increasingly explain to people the way in which God is wishing to be close to them and the way in which they can be close to God. They ask people not to be afraid of this but simply to be very very positively optimistic beause They explain that God really has always wished to show people that He is a God Who Loves them very deeply and wishes to be close to them- and in this Final Plan the visible nature of the Supernatural Help will be so beautiful that people who are able to Trust God will know very clearly that it is coming from God and it is a beautiful Sign which God is giving to them so that they can develop with it in a practical way. Jesus and Mary are expaining through this Message that the practical way will be explained very very clearly and simply and precisely and in quite an ordered way. They ask you to look at the Bible very simply, not to labour it but to look at the Bible with your heart- open your heart and ask for enlightenment and understanding that much of what is there is really expressed in quite a detailed and ordered way. They explain that the Order is really very necessary for things to work beneficially and They are explaining that really the World at present is in a very disordered state. The World at present is not realizing that God is able to give it Order- in fact God is giving it an Order bt they are, the people within the World are ignoring this Order- ignoring this beautiful constant rhythmic motion which really is the very Spirit of Love flowing theough the World and Jesus and Mary explain that if people were only relating to this, acknowledging this and drawing on this Spirit of Love the World would be developing in a very beautiful ordered loving way and people would see this very clearly- and people would be able to enter into this way clearly and happily and peacefully.

Jesus and Mary are explaining that Peace is really something which is no longer with the World. They are explaining that people no longer have within themselves any sense of Peace because they are so weighed down with material complexities, material form and extraneous and superfluous things of Life, that the Real things of Life are completely ignored and the very natural beauty of Life and colour of Life and Energy of Life which God is constantly supplying Life with are really not appreciated or valued. People within themselves have lost any sense of Peace because people are quite unable to relate to other people ina loving way. Jesus and Mary are explaining that selfishness and greed and an inward looking way of thinking has developed so constantly and consistently within the World today that people are quite unable to give each other Peace. Peace They say is really a very simple idea- Peace They say is simply the way in which people can live their Life so stably, so simply, so happily so purely with each other that they are to themselves and each other a real sense of equilibrium and balance- people are living together so wholesomely and so wholly and completely united that they are really uplifting each other into a beautiful sense of stability which allows them to see that they really do have within this stability everything that they need to be perfectly happy.

Jesus and Mary explain that because Life has drifted so far away from this understanding, God will simply have to bring it back to this understandiong and this Message is really preparing people for the fact that God will certainly achieve this within this Final Development in the World. Jesus and Mary explain that really if people could simply understand that this is the way in which Life on Earth can be Happy and Beautiful and Real and True and Meaningful they would simply be moving now into this Vision very positively and very enthusiasticaly. They are explaining that as this Message progresses it will actually motivate people to do this in a very individualistic way.

Jesus and Mary are explaining that people really do in their heart wish to live Life fully in this way and in this Final Development of Life God will simply show people very clearly the way in which they can achieve this. People will begin to understand that in fact they have within themselves the very unique ability which God has given them in order that they do fulfill themselvesin a very complete way. God has not created individuals so that they exist in a half-hearted way, a half developed way- God has created people so that they really do achieve exactly what He has created them to achieve. Jesus and Mary explain that with this Final Development of Life on Earth people will begin to be enlightened very simply and clearly and beautifully to understand exactly what they are able to achieve as individuals. They also explain that because they are understanding themselves in a very individual way they will begin to see very clearly that they are able to use their abilities in a very functional and positive way to help other individuals and as each individual recognizes and appreciates his true abilities Jesus and Mary explain these true abilities will be able to be used in a very beautiful and positive momentum because God has created people to do exactly this. God has created individuals so that they can relate to other individuals and the interaction of this will be perfectly positive.

Now Jesus and Mary are explaining through this Message that obviously this will require much Enlightenment, much Grace, much Supernatural Help. But They are also promising that God will be increasingly with these people to help them in this way and these people will simply begin to understand that they are progressing along a Path which is very Real and Beautiful and Meaningful and absolutely linked with an Idealism which they very much want to achieve. The Message therefore is a completely optimistic Message and the Vision is a completely beautiful and optimistic Vision- and Jesus and Mary promise that this Vision will reach a whole development which will enable it to really very clearly see that it has fulfilled itself because people will begin to Live their Life in this beautiful individualistic way- people will begin to Love and Live together in a whole Communion of Loving and Living which will lead them increasingly into an absolutely simple and beautiful appreciation of Life- of Love- of God- and each other- and the realization of this will be so perfect that they will simply understand completely that it is perfect and in the understanding of the perfection these people will simply experience such Peace- such Happiness- such Ecstasy that Life on Earth will finally be understood as a Beautiful- Clear- Whole Reality which is so perfect that God can look at it and see very clearly that He has Created a Place of Love- of Light-of Peace which is so beautiful that He can look into it and actually see Himself. God will look at the World finally and God will understand that what He has Created is Perfect and what He has Created is Bound totally to His Own Love, His Own Light and His Own Peace.
