Pray for Poor Suffering Humanity.- Mary to Maureen 1988

What has become increasingly clear to me throughout this experience is the real and enormous power of prayer. We need to become so much more aware that prayer is no sentimental escapism, it is a powerful and practical instrument.It is our contact with God, our means of tuning into God, of giving Him our Love and trust, and opening ourselves to the wonderful gifts that He wants so desperately to give us. In fact all we have to do is Love. Trust and Pray, as Mary says :-"We will do the rest".
They have explained that prayers become a storehouse of energy which can be used positively in the World. The Grace that we receive through prayer gives us a new 'spiritual will power' and actually provides us with thepower to do - but we do in a positive and enlightened way.
As They explain, when we pray we enter into "a new level of perception" which attunes us to God's perception so that we are able to see much more clearly the whole situation or concept. In fact we become progressively enlightened and empowered to understand the Reality and the Truth.
Love and prayer then can transform the World. Individual prayer, group prayer, prayer as an instinctive part of our Life, most of all deep and simple prayer from the heart. As Mary says:- " Pray, pray,pray for everyone
in the World. Always ask for something which can be used positively and with Love. Try never to waste a moment of the day, put it to constructive use through prayer. Offer every simple thing that you do- exercise, work, rest, even sleep .... a Life of Love
and prayer. Thus it is only through prayer, and our uniting in prayer, that God's Spirit will move freely in us, and through the World, drawing us with new momentum towards Love and Peace and a final fulfillment of God's Plan.

From Joseph:- In the early days of Maureen's experience Mary asked Maureen to pray for "Poor Suffering Humanity" She showed Maureen various tragic scenes - the starving and dying children in Etheopia- the Druc Addict victims- the homeless sleeping out rough- the prisoners chained to walls- and soldiers trudging through the desert. Pray She asked for 'Poor suffering Humanity".
A prayer from Maureen to Jesus:-
Jesus Your Crucifixion has lifted us out of the darkness of our negativity up into the arms of Your great, strong Love.
Seen in the Light of Your Resurrection the World is transformed into a place of Love, Beauty, Brightness. Help me always to see it in this way, with clarity of purpose and Vision as You see it, help me always to play my part in this transformation.

A prayer from Maureen to Jesus at Easter:-
Jesus- Easter is the fulfillment of Your bond with all of Creation, help me to enter into this bond fully. Let me enjoy afresh the true loveliness of Your Creation, all the lightness in my Life, the beauties of nature so freely given by You:- the colours of the sky- the flowers- the trees- the birds- theanimals,- all those creatures You have breathed Your Loving breath of Life into - to make us happy, to bring us joy. Let us find happiness in them and - Thank You.

Oh Sad New World Haunted by the vries of the starving
Sick with the misery of the lonely
Distorted by the obsessions of the greedy
Wounded by the hatred of the violent.
May our hands reach out - if only from a distance.
My our hearts bear even a fragment of the burden.
And through our prayers may mankind know
A new peace, health, and harmony.

Joseph. The following prayer was given to me as a child - I have never seen it in any books but it is a lovely prayer to Our Lady:-
My Queen and my Mother,
To Thee I give myself entirely
And to show my devotion to Thee
I concecrate to Thee this day
My eyes my ears my Heart, my Soul and my whole Being.
Since I am Thy very own O my dear Mother
keep me and guard me as Thy property and possession.
