God's Final Redemptive Plan for the World- A Synopsis

Given to Maureen in the early years of her experience- when Jesus and Mary first introduced her to God Final Plan for the World. Going through her written papers and Newsletters this one jumped out at me- it is an amazing review of the whole Message.

Maureen refers to cetain publications within the Synopsis- I have numbered them as they appear in the script and the list is as follows:-

Peace - The Ecstatic Re-union.

When Jesus and Mary first began to introduce me to the theory of their Final Plan for the World what came through forcefully and predominately alongside the great depth of their Love for us all, was Their deep sorrow at Man's rejection of God, and Their steadfast determination not to allow the World to be destroyed because of this. Early in my Messages Jesus stated that there had been "an abolition of Truth in the World". He was also emphatic at an early early stage that He would come "to save My World".

I am sure it is the obvious depth of Their commitment that allows me to deal with my overall Message with complete optimism and trust.

Since then Their Messages have become more detailed, more specific, and the theory behind Their Plan has developed in depth. Yet consistently running through the concept has been the main theme of Their great Love, which will ultimately save Man and the World from total loss, and bring it back to a True understanding of God, himself, his neighbour, and so a return to happiness an "ecstatic reunion with God" as before The Fall.

Obviously this is a massive task :- obviously a complete upheavel is necessary. It seems in fact that this will be the case,

The Fall - A Breakaway

Apparently before The Fall - Man's perception was completely different from now. He lived fully in God's Love, His Light, His Energy :-he was closely united to God's perception and so had a "fullness of vision", "a clarity" that allowed him to be completely at one with himself, the other, nature, and God. He knew exactly what God wished of him, and his happiness, his ecstasy, came from fulfilling this. Everything was perfect, everything whole - God was the centre of his life, the focus of his Life; with The Fall everything changed.

Man broke away from this perfect ecstatic union with God, he stepped out of the perfectly balanced blissful moment and entered the World of elongated time and space. Things lost their wholeness and became fragmented. he moved away from the Light and began to lose the fullness, the clarity of vision that had allowed him to understand and be in harmony with himself, the other, and God. he lost his happiness.

Jesus and Mary have explained to me that The Fall in fact initiated "a gravitational deceleration" in which Man lost his true centre of gravity. It now became centered in the earth when it should be centered in God as light, love, energy. The physical form began to predominate instead of the spiritual, i.e. The Soul- which should be used as a means of energizing by drawing on the Light, love, Energy, thus maintaining perfect happiness and equilibrium, and allowing the momentum of energy in the World to gather.

Crises Point.

This process of estrangement from God, this process of gravitational deceleration has developed dramatically through history from the primeval consiousness down to the materialistic, atheistic consciousness of the present day, with the exaltation of the ego and the rational consciousness; to the extent that Life for many is centered on these. For the most part God is not only not the centre of man's Life, He is not even allowed to enter into it - the false, the ego predominates.

Since Mary's Peace Plan began in 1917 in Fatima, She has been coming with increasingly dramatic urgency to try to point this fact out to the World, explaining that because of this rejection of God, Man is leading himself and the World as a whole toward inevitable and final catastrophe. Over the last twenty years She has appeared in every Continent to stress this fact.Very recently She stated clearly that we are in "the end times" and that disaster was imminent. She emphasized again and again that future events can be mitigated ,by prayer, reparation and a turning back to God. In Akita Japan (1973), the Ukraine (1988) and in Switzerland to Vassula Ryden She explained that tribulations are now inevitable. In recent messages at Medjugorje  Yugoslavia - July and August 25th 1991, She emphasizes the gravity of the situation, Satan's strength, the need for prayer as never before so that Her plans and secrets begun at Fatima, may be fulfilled. She emphasizes that what ensues "depends to a great extent on your prayers and you pray so little".

Final Plan.

As I have explained in previous newsletters Jesus and Mary have no intention of abandoning us at this crises point. The importance of my Message is that it is all about  Final Plan of action which They will begin as a counter measure to the future disastrous events in the World. Fundamental to Their Plan will be a simple acceptance of God and His love, with a recognition that this Love is "central to our existence" - without God and His love we cannot survive. There is no doubt that there is a great disinclination to think in this way and acceleration of Evil in the World has been dramatic. Man certainly has within his grasp to annililate the World. Jesus and Mary's plan of action proposes to work on the positive side to begin to stabilize the Evil and provide a fully protective countermeasure which will ultimately prove victorious. The Plan will focus on a central location in Malta and will develop with " a precise scheme of order" once the cntre is functioning. This scheme of order will lead us step by step through a "process of enlightenment ", through trials and tribulations into a new Era of Peace.

Future Events.

In March of this year (1991), Jesus and Mary gave me much specific information about future events in the World. Part of this information     ( which they wish me to diclose in this newsletter) explained that there wil be experimentation with a combination of nuclear and solar energy. This will be developed initially under the guise of goodness, it will then be developed as a threatening measure - there will be a build up of hatred and terrorization of countries, Life on Earth will decline. There will be a series of events, a catastrophic event and a period of darkness. They also explained that there will be a complete misunderstanding of the  nature of Light and the principles of fusion and fission:- " They will show a total misunderstanding of the nature of light in terms of a basic misunderstanding of the nature of fusion in terms of energy and Light. So that this will begin the disorder as a whole way of final effortless loss and the life of many will begin to decline as a basic way of effortless union with the scheme of hatred which will begin ". There will in fact be, according to Mary, " a central demolition of the whole theory of Light". There will be a catastrophic chain reaction in terms of fission where ultimately the Sun will lose its fusible ability and will become incoherent (it will disintegrate) hence the eventual darkness.

The following is an extract from a message given by Mary on 26th May 1991. '.... the way in which the Sun is designed is wholly ordered in its function ,and it can only be utilized in an easy effort of fusion, which allows it to function in a lovely way of fusion. Man will show that he is united to a central effort of energizing which will allow a catastrophic effort to begin a whole dissolution of the strength of God's energy, in terms of solar energizing- because it will be seen as the whole way in which the Sun will become disorientated in its simple way of fusion ... and will enter a definite decline in terms of energy. It will then lose its splendid fusible ability and will become incoherent in terms of energy, so that it will become fully involved in a total eclipse of itself in a whole way of darkness. The ozone layer will be seen as the way in which the Sun will become darkened into a whole way of lessening effort. So that the layer of atmospheric effort in terms of of lightness will vanish into the whole eclipse in a total darkening effort, which will become fully operational in a simple way of darkening in a whole moment of dreadful loss in terms of energy ".

In this context it might be appropriate to look at the relevant chapters of the Synoptic Gospels- especially Mark Ch, 13. V 14 onward. It would seem that our inability to really assimulate such Gospel material and relate it to our own Life is part of the consquences of our disorientation from God and the subsequent dulling of our perception. The Truth at times takes a long time to penetrate. As Jesus tells me we have lost " the clarity and full perception ". As Mary tells Vassula " the World is in a deep sleep".

It appears that such " experimentation" is already under way. recently our attention was drawn to an article in the Sunday Telegraph - August 18th 1991 - which describes the current efforts to " create a nuclear fusion on Earth". The Article, headed "turning on the Power of the Sun", explained that an historic step is being taken towards "taming nuclear fusion, the power of the Sun, and providing mankind with a virtually limitless supply of energy..."  It goes on to state " It is relatively safe. Unlike nuclear fission based  power stations no chain reaction is involved in fusion. If anything went wrong, the laws of physics, rather than some man-made device, would prevent a runaway catastrophe". It appears that a race is on, to be first to achieve " energy breakeven".

Protective Measures

In Their proposed plan of action Jesus and Mary intend to work along the lines of positive, practical measures, which will be protective and which will  have a stabilizing process to counteract the progressive draining effort on energy caused by inevitable disastrous events in the World. As Man, in the grip of an increasing force of Evil, attempts to crush the life of love, the Life of God in the World, God Himself intends to enter the scene with final dominance. As Jesus explains:-

" I must now reveal Myself as the Son of God in the World Who is waiting to reveal His own understanding of His Life as a way of final unity, which will offer... a whole understanding of My great Feat of Strength.. to use My energy to save the World from final disastrous loss in terms of life."

Their plan of action intends to work on the principle of forming a new cohesive pattern of energy which will ;- " Show its power as a major understanding of the nature of Light in terms of fusion".

In February 1991 Mary explained to me that the phenomenon of the Sun is in fact the way in which God allows His energy to become " dimensional in expression". so that it " encompasses us in terms of lightening". And it is God's great Love that allows " the World to rotate by seeing its force of gravity in terms of light". She goes on to explain that just as the earth sees the Sun (God's energy ) as its centre - so should we, as creatures of God, be drawn towards the light, our Souls are in fact Light. The Fall However, reversed the situation causing us to see our centre of gravity in the earth. We have in fact grown further and further from and His energy so that the future misuse of solar energy will be finally symptomatic of this- as Mary says ;- ' an attepmt to destroy the Light of God, The Light of Life".

A New Force of Energy.

I t seems that Jesus and Mary's plan of action, besides building up a new cohesive pattern of Light energy, will actually "realign the centre of gravity" so that once again, as before the Fall, it begins to cenre on "God's Light". He intends to offer " a new dimension of lightness" which provide a new force of energy in the World and there will begin to be, in Jesus' words:- A central understanding of My Life as, the core of existence in terms of energy ".

This new Light energy will develop on Earth and will be a central core of positive energy focused in the Centre in Malta - which will be viewed as a central power house, a new focus of light  energy, which will begin to compensate for the draining of energy in the World.This will begin to be used by those who choose to cohese a new pattern of energy in the World.

A precise "scheme of order" incorporating " a code of ethics" will give instructions as  to " a rehabilitative skill", which will show how to unitlize the centralized energy as a basis of an energizing scheme which will also be protective and will actually show how to eliminate " negative annihilatory properties" in the atmosphere, e.g. radioactive fall-out etc. There will be a recycling  process- converting it into positive energy for functional use."

They say that Their themeatic instructions for Their new "scheme of energizing" will not begin until the Centre in Malta is functioning, but They insist that it will be clear and precise, leading us stage by stage with the help of much enlightenment. They ask for commitment, trust, humility, and sincerity, then it will not be difficult. They insist that it will  involve " a simple rehabilitive Skill". Their general information in connection with Their scheme explains the importance of beginning to think ourselves in terms "our real self - our Soul' seeing it as Light and its function as an energizing one (for more details see Newsletter 5/6). The energizing scheme will work on a process of " combined ineraction" of "uplifting" where we interact with each other to develop the energy - it will be a reciprocal energizing process - we wil not be able to use the scheme for ourselves alone. Using the Soul energy as Light energy, working on the principle of fusion we will be shown how to multiply the positive energy and develop it in " a cohesive pattern of energy" which will build up cumulatively in the World, always returning to the  "central core" in Malta and being re-energized from there. As Mary explains:- " We will begin to amass a perfect central cohesive power in terms of energy to defeat the whole loss of energy in the World"

** (Maureen mentions Malta and the following is an extract from one of her previous Newsletters explaining this :- --" When I asked Mary why She had chosen Malta for this final initiation of Peace in the World She replied :- " It is a place of the family, a place of the heart "; and these themes of the family and the heart are in fact fundamental to this Final Plan. Their "Plan of Action" will focus on and centre round ' The Holy Family". Indeed the fact that the Holy Family would play a part in the Peace Plan was indicated at Fatima when Mary told the children that St. Joseph would come in October with the Holy Family "to bring Peace to the World" - and indeed in that month the children saw Them as part of a Rosary tableau in the form of light, reminiscent of the tableau shown in Knock Ireland in 1879.

Now early in my Message They have pointed out in Malta a specific location from where They wish Their Plan to be intitaited. Only then will They develop fully " a precise plan of action, based in thematic instruction" to draw the World back to Peace." They have requested that this location be named " The Oasis of the Holy Family of Nazareth" and They have explained that alongside the development of the thematic instruction will be a fully supportive development of ' Supernatural Activity ". They say that Light will permeate "the centre" in an unusual way. This will begin in "a gentle way" and will develop progressively culminating in "An exorbitant display ".)
