The Carrying of the Cross.
Maureen,
Jesus and Mary are utterly involved now in trying to explain to people through this Oasis Message that the World is grossly in this grave misnderstanding of this World Development. It is moving in such a disastrous way that people have become increasingly confused as to how to live Life in any meaningful or sensible way.They have been explaining this for a long time- They have been explaining recently that the World is moving very quickly into a disastrous and disruptive period when people will be thrown increasingly into a disorientation and confusion. Through this Message They have been asking people to understand that God really does wish to help people-God is a God of Love Who wishes to show people there is no need to be confused if they are with Him- if they are moving with Him. And Mary through many of Her Messages has been asking people to do this- to move with God- to move with each other in a very simple loving way which can show themselves and each other that they believe in everything that is beautiful and good and loving within the World. She is explaining now through this Oasis Message and through Her other Messages that this has not been achieved. People have really refused to take heed of Her many requests and people are living in such a selfish way- in such an absolutely fruitless way which is setting up barriers from each other and living so selfishly in a deprived way that there really is no real sign of Loving and Living going on - no real sign of loving and Living which can begin to have an impact now and show God that people are really wishing to work with Him. Jesus and Mary explain through this Mesage that the time is now upon us when God will have to intervene so Powerfully that people who are with Him will have to make the decision in a very clear cut way because at this point there will be so much confusion in terms of materialism and an amoral Way of Life which is offering apparent security so that people will really not know which way to move.
The Fourth Sorrowful Mystery is all about a way of moving which is completely positive. Jesus as He entered into His passion knew quite clearly that He would have to move on to a summit of suffering which would have to be endured in a very realistic way - in a way which would prove to Himself that He believed that this Suffering was necessary because with this Suffering He could bring about a massive reformation of the World. He knew also that this massive reformation of the World would not be able to take place at the point of His death. He had to show that he was prepared to die to Himself and every attachment of Life in order to prove to Himself that He believed completely in a kind of Life which was really beyond the material.As Jesus carried His Cross He was weighed down with the burden of this decision- He had to decide whether He could see this philosophy through to its summit and so as He climbed towards Calvary He knew that He had to decide very very quickly. Jesus explains to me that as He climbed that mountain He knew that every part of His Will was having to force itself into a real belief in Love. He had to convince Himself as He carried the heavy Cross- the Cross of decision making- the Cross of an anguished mind- the Cross of scorn and humiliation and mockery and physical Suffering- He had to decide whether He could carry this Cross right up to the point of dying on it to show that if He did it with resignation He would prove to Himself as God and Man that he believed totally in the Power of Love, because as He let Himself be killed He would accept that Death in its physical form in its material form and all the material attachments of Life- the attchment to His friends- to His mother-to His loved ones- His Life- His work- all these attachments could go because He believed that if He let them go willingly with His Own Life He would be bringing into Being a much more Powerful Life which He would finally be able to offer people- as He carried the Cross to Calvary He decided that He would opt for a death- a dying to everything that was material so that He could go beyond this to prove that the spiritual understanding of Life was more important to Him and if He could carry this belief through to the bitter end He would show that He believed this so completely that He was prepared to die for it.
Jesus and Mary explain in the Final Development of Life Jesus will prove that His decision was the right one. His decision was the True one and the Real one because this Power of Love that He used to decide will finally be used to allow those people who will be with Him to decide whether they too will opt for this Power of Love -they too will be prepared to decide for God, for Love- for a really True approach to Life in order to move beyond this in a very simple development which will let go of all the petty, silly, material emptiness of Life in order to move beyond this in a very simple development which will lead them increasingly into a New World where Life and Love and Beauty and Goodness and Peace and Freedom are very very real.
