Dancing
Dancing is really my cup of tea !
It fills me with hope,
showing me that life
needn't drown in boredom.
It shows me too that every part of me
responds to movement, and light,
and that deep sense of wonder in freedom.
When I dance I really see
the moon and stars so close
I feel that I am floating there,
touching them, feeling them,
seeing the lightness and brightness of them,
the wonder of them:
drinking them into me deeply,
feeling such intoxicating happiness
that this is where I wish to be.
So - dance with me, and let me show you
how to light up your life !

Ice Maiden
Let there be light to melt your frozen heart,
to show you where your life is centred
where you grow into perfect brightness
in the clear light of day.
See yourself here in simple pleasure
lifting your heart to the sun,
knowing a bliss so deep
that it pervades your being
melting the ice in a moment of perfect love.
Your heart sings with joy
so sweet, that every particle of ice
forms into a prism of shining brilliance.
You see yourself here, reflected in the sun,
drinking in its warmth and deep deep peace.

What's It All About ?
I really ask myself each day,
why go through life,
why make inroads into living ?
There must be a reason.
So simple the answer
if I listen really truly.
We live because of Life itself,
it saturates our being- keeping us alive.
This Spirit of wholeness and peace
it wishes us to reach the stars
and join in a creative moment,
when we realise our meaning,
our destiny, and our
simple impulse to love:
creating with God a moment of beauty,
encapsulating ourselves here,
part of an eternal moment
fulfilling ourselves here
in a perfect prism of Light.
